Hallie Richards Monroe is a stained glass artist based in Rutland County, Vermont. Having worked in the medium for over 30 years, she is accomplished in multiple stained glass techniques such as glass painting, glass fusion and sandblasting, and has both worked for large studios and as a sole proprietor. She is a member of the Stained Glass Association of America, American Glass Guild, Brandon Artists Guild, is on the board of the Vermont Crafts Council and teaches classes at Yestermorrow Building Arts School in Waitsfield, Vermont. Currently she is available for commissions and restorations, as well as private classes by appointment at the Pittsford Village Farm where her studio resides.
